Martin Abbott is a founder and managing director of Tom Capital Associates Inc., formed in 1995. Prior thereto, he was a partner of the law firm of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, practicing energy law. He has been a founder and director of a number of TSX listed oil and gas exploration companies, as well as several other energy sector businesses, including Stoneham. Mr. Abbott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (ROTP) and a law degree from the University of Alberta and prior thereto was a Canadian Armed Forces fighter pilot in Europe.

Jim Conroy is Chairman and Founding Partner of Conroy Ross Partners, an executive search and business advisory firm he co-founded in 1994. Prior thereto, he worked for a Calgary-based management consulting firm from 1988 and for an international drilling contractor from 1973. At the drilling company, he held senior executive roles in human resources and operations, as well as and operational roles in Canada. the United States, the United Kingdom and South America. Mr. Conroy is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

Grant Gunderson is a retired businessman. He has many years of experience in the oil and gas industry with Canadian Superior Oil Ltd., Mobil Oil Canada, and Bowtex Energy Canada Ltd. He joined Sayer Securities in 1994 and worked as an associate until his retirement in July 2003. He was a director of Shiningbank Energy Income Fund from 1996 until that company's sale in July 2007. Mr. Gunderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, both from the University of Alberta.

Bruce Jones is the founder of Stoneham. He has over 25 years of experience in the fabrication, oilfield service, and oil and gas drilling sectors. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (CAODC) and serves on numerous CAODC committees.

Ken Poffenroth has in excess of 42 years of experience in the oilfield service and manufacturing sector. He has held the positions of Vice President and General Manager, Manufacturing - Calgary Drilling Division of Barber Industries Ltd., President of Barber Offshore, a division of Bralorne Resources Ltd., and Director and Vice President and General Manager of Argus Machine Co. Ltd. He is a former director of the Petroleum Services Association of Canada.

Don Copeland is an independent businessman. He was Executive Chairman of Upper Lake Oil & Gas Ltd. from October 2007 to August 2008. Prior thereto, he was President, Chief Executive Officer, director and a founder of Diamond Tree Energy Ltd., President and Chief Executive Officer of Titanium Oil & Gas Ltd., and the President, owner and founder of Codeco Engineering Ltd. and Codeco Consulting Inc. Mr Copeland is a director of Upper lake Oil and Gas Ltd. and Crocotta Energy Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary.

Dennis Feuchuk is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Base Resources Inc. He has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PrimeWest Energy Trust; Vice President, Finance and Controller at Gulf Canada Resources Limited; and Vice President and Treasurer at Athabasca Oil Sands Trust. Mr. Feuchuk holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University, has completed the Richard Ivey School of Business Executive Development Program, and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Perry Jasson is President, director and a partner of Keywest Projects Ltd., an engineering procurement and construction management company he co-founded in January 2009. He is also President of Keywest Engineerng Ltd. and has held such position since October 2003. Prior thereto he was a partner with DPH Engineering Inc. from February 1995 and a director from June 2000. Prior thereto Mr. Jasson was employed with Norcen Energy Resources Ltd. Mr. Jasson is a Professional Engineer with over 27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
