Bruce Jones is the founder of Stoneham. He has over 25 years of experience in the fabrication, oilfield service, and oil and gas drilling sectors. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors (CAODC) and serves on numerous CAODC committees. 

 

Jack is a Chartered Accountant with 34 years of experience in the oilfield services and drilling industries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan and received his CA designation in 1972. Jack joined Stoneham in 2001 and is responsible for overall financial management and planning.

Skip Stewart joined Stoneham in November 2005 and has responsibility for planning and directing Stoneham's operational activities. He has 50 years of oilfield experience as a rig manager, a drilling rig fabricator, and a drilling superintendent. Prior to joining Stoneham, he was a drilling superintendent for Bow Valley Energy and Talisman Energy.

Tom Fellows joined Stoneham as Director of Sales in December 2004 and was appointed Vice President, Marketing in July 2007 with responsibility for business development and marketing the Stoneham rig fleet. He has over 30 years of experience in the contract drilling industry, in areas of finance, sales, and marketing. Tom worked at Ensign Resource Service Group from 1993 to 2004 as sales manager, director of sales and marketing, and director of credit management. Prior to that he was a contracts manager at Simmons Drilling.

Bob has 15 years experience in the contract drilling industry, including field work as well as sales and marketing. Bob joined Stoneham in October 2007 and is responsible for marketing the Stoneham rig fleet.

Bill has 31 years of experience in supervising field operations and managing successful health, safety, environment, and training programs. He is a member of numerous CAODC committees and is a past chair of the CAODC Health & Safety Committee.

Erin joined Stoneham as Human Resources Manager in June 2008. In addition to a degree in Civil Engineering, she is a Certified Human Resources Professional with six years of experience.

Herb has 20 years of experience in the contract drilling industry, including field operations, sales and marketing, and directional drilling services. Herb joined Stoneham in August 2009 and is responsible for marketing the Stoneham rig fleet.

Mike joined Stoneham in September 2008. He has over 20 years of experience, including five years as a driller, six years as a rig manager, and six years as a drilling superintendent. His experience also includes building, commissioning and operating automated drilling rigs.

Darin joined Stoneham in August 2008. He has over 32 years of oilfield experience, including, eight years as a drilling superintendent. His experience includes running singles, top drive rigs, and underbalanced drilling on multi-well pads.

Celeste received her Chartered Accountant designation in 2000. She joined Stoneham as Controller in March 2005 and is responsible for financial reporting, treasury, insurance and taxes.

Rick brings 30 years of oilfield experience to the Stoneham team. Based out of our Leduc Operations Center, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Stoneham's rig fleet and operating personnel in Canada and the United States.
