Our rigs are versatile and are capable of carrying out all types of drilling activities, including directional, horizontal, pad drilling, critical sour, under-balanced, and re-entry work. The average age of our fleet is five years, with approximately 37% of the fleet added in the last three years.
Our rigs employ the latest practical technologies enabling us to compete effectively in a broad range of the total drilling market in all economic environments. We have earned a reputation for operational excellence in the medium-deep segment, drilling oil or natural gas wells to depths between 2,000 and 5,500 metres.
With the completion of our rig construction program in 2008, there are 19 drilling rigs in our fleet.
